CSV File Format Problems, Especially with Excel

We are noticing problems with CSV file formats when working with Excel.  There are multiple formats for CSV available and we've found some of them are not compatible.

At the moment we've had the best luck with CSV (MS-DOS) for our PC's.  Macintosh users and others with problems may have to experiment with different formats.

    It's been over a year since you posted this tip and you said it will be updated shortly. What is shortly to you because this function still isn't working and your tips do not help at all. Please get it together and provide the support we expect for such a critical tool for our businesses.
