I am not familiar with Braintree or Veracity but Dwolla is also used by retail business too.  At $0.25 per transaction fee, it's no wonder why it's gaining favor over % fees.  My tenants love it too.  I process several thousand dollars a month at 25 cents per transaction.  You could even intergrate Cheqbook with Zapier to improve the efficiency of invoicing and payments.  They already do this with Quickbooks, Wave, and Freshbook.  (Quickbook does not intergrate Dwolla but it can be used in conjuction with Dwolla using Zapier).  Braintree looks good but at 2.9 percent, 10 transactions/1K per transaction, I would lose $290 dollars compared to $2.50 for Dwolla.  I think it's all about versality?  Don't you ?

    +1 for Dwolla.

The challenge is that, much like PayPal, some transactions in/out of Dwolla are personal and some are business so I'd really rather categorize them there where I have a transaction description that includes the vendor/payee/customer.
