You can add photos or scans of receipts or other support documents to any transaction in Cheqbook using the steps below.
- Login to https://secure.cheqbook.com
- Select the books you want to work with.
- Click "Accounts" and select the account which contains the transaction to work with
- Find the transaction you want to work with using the search/date navigation in the register
- Click "More"
- Click "More Options" and select "Attachments"
- To upload a new attachment
- Click "Choose File"
- Select the file. NOTE: The file must be less than 5 MB

Click "Save Attachment"
- To View/Download an attachment
- Click the attachment name to view the transaction in a new tab. Depending on your browser, non-image formats such as pdf might download instead of display in the browser.
- To Delete an attachment
- Click the minus button to the right of the attachment
