How to create a statement

Cheqbook has the ability to create statements which can then be sent to customers. Use the following steps to create a statement.

  • Login to
  • Select the company you want to work with.
  • Click on "Reports" from the menu on the left.
  • Click on "Statements"
  • Select whether or not to make a statement with "All Open Transactions" (default) or "Custom Range".
  • If you have selected "Custom Range", select the dates for that range.
  • Select the minimum balance to use.
  • Select the customers you want to generate statements for.
  • Click "Generate Statements"
  • Select "Print Statements(PDF)" to save the generated statements.
  • Send the statements to your customers as email attachments or via post.
