Cheqbook has the ability to create statements which can then be sent to customers. Use the following steps to create a statement.
- Login to https://secure.cheqbook.com
- Select the company you want to work with.
- Click on "Reports" from the menu on the left.
- Click on "Statements"
- Select whether or not to make a statement with "All Open Transactions" (default) or "Custom Range".
- If you have selected "Custom Range", select the dates for that range.
- Select the minimum balance to use.
- Select the customers you want to generate statements for.
- Click "Generate Statements"
- Select "Print Statements(PDF)" to save the generated statements.
- Send the statements to your customers as email attachments or via post.
